I was driving down I-45 when I noticed Del Papa Distributing’s big sign out front said, “Now Hiring for Accounts Payable.” I applied for the job and have now been working here on the Financial Services team for five years.
I love the people here. When I was first hired, the owner came and introduced himself during my orientation. The leaders here are transparent, and management is always willing to help me with whatever I need. I know I don’t always have to be in the same position – leaders want to elevate you and see you achieve whatever you want to achieve. We have a very outgoing workforce and a smiling culture. There is a high level of participation, and we all know we are working together. I love our products, too! Even though I primarily work in our offices, I know I am working toward the same goal of sharing our products. I even became known as an unofficial “Alani Nu Ambassador,” because I am always giving it to my friends to try!
The perks here are also awesome! The benefits are better than anywhere I have ever worked. We celebrate accomplishments together throughout the year and at our annual all-company meeting. There are parties, get-togethers, product giveaways. It is a really fun place to work – I hope I am here forever!
