Team Ultra At Home Workout – 3/30 – 4/3

Stay active with the Team Ultra at Home Workout!  This weekly workout is brought to you by Del Papa Distributing & CrossFit Undercurrent (Galveston, TX).  As we try to find some normalcy in our daily lives let this be your chance to change the pace.  We encourage everyone to share their times with the following steps:

MOVE – SWEAT – BEER

 

Monday, March 30th, 2020

20-1: Push-Ups

1-20: Air Squats

NOTE:  Descending push-ups & ascending air squats. Ex: 20 push-ups, 1 air squat, 19 push-ups, 2 air squats, etc.

 

Tuesday, March 31st, 2020

Burpees: 50-40-30-20-10

Sit-Ups: 50-40-30-20-10

NOTE:  Workout can be scaled by cutting reps in half.

 

Wednesday, April 1st, 2020

400-meter run. 1-minute rest. REPEAT!

NOTE:  Achieve as many rounds as possible without gaining more than 15 seconds from the initial round.

 

Thursday, April 2nd, 2020

5 ROUNDS:

15 Push-Ups

20 Lunges

100 Jump Ropes or 40 Mountain Climbers

Friday, April 3rd, 2020

Wall Balls: 27-21-15-9

Burpees: 27-21-15-9

NOTE: No wall ball, no problem.  Replace with Weighted Lunges and use dumbbells, 24pk of Michelob Ultra, or whatever you have on hand.
