With the variety of flavors, textures, and hues beer offers, it is no surprise that adding beer to the menu opens the door to a whole new world of mixology. Talented brewers have already mastered the flavor of their beers giving drinkers and bartenders the opportunity to combine the masterpieces with other flavors for a fun and appetizing result.
While the primary ingredient in a beer cocktail is, somewhat obviously, beer, the beverage category has expanded to include other flavored malt beverages, spiked seltzers, craft beer and more! Many beer cocktails typically tip their hat to traditional cocktails. However, the variety of new malt beverages allows drinkers and mixologists to push the boundaries of what has been done before and create outside the box.
Beer-tails do not have to be complicated to be delicious. Mix up your usual and try a beer-tail today!
