For the past nine years, Yaga’s has brought a diverse crowd of Chili & Beer lovers from all over the nation to Galveston, TX. This year’s 10th annual festival will consist of the ever so popular Chili & Beer tasting with a ton of added perks. Get ready for live music, a 5K Fun Run/Walk, a washer pitching tournament, a jackpot margarita contest, vendors and a historical strand merchant walk-about. As if that doesn’t fulfill all of your festival needs, returning this year is the Craft Beer Festival.
Join thousands of music and food lovers for Alvin Music Festival and Cook-Off! Two days of Live music, IBCA Sanctioned Cook-Off, Kid’s Activities, Food Vendors, and a Beer Garden! Bring your lawn chairs and blankets. Coolers and pets are not allowed (unless service).
Galveston County Fair and Rodeo has been serving Galveston County Texas youth since 1938. Youth and Animal projects exhibited, are the foundation the Fair was built upon. The community looks forward to the annual Fair & Rodeo featuring events and activities for the whole family. This and other events help the Galveston County Fair and Rodeo award thousands of dollars in scholarships every year to deserving Galveston County High School seniors.
